I went in today because I accidentally pulled a wire out while changing the battery in my Alienware laptop. Dude with the beard explained that it was just for the exterior leds. He got it up and running again. I highly recommend this company!

They had really great customer serice! Vincent was friendly and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue quickly and completed my service in the same day. He also gave me product advice to help me optimize my business. The price was higher than the competitors but you get what you pay plus your diagnostic fee goes towards your repair so it was a win win. I would definitely use them in the future.

This is a long overdue review. This shop is the friendliest and most helpful pc shop I’ve ever been to. They didn’t try to get me to buy things I didn’t need for my pc or try to sell me stuff higher priced. They were honest and helped me save cash in the process. All I went in there was to upgrade my SSD and transfer files. They did it in a day and didn’t even charge me when I asked them to clear bloatware off my computer. This will be the only shop I go to when I build my next pc or need any pc repairs.

The people here were very nice and personable, and Rick did an amazing job fixing up my laptop (it looks perfectly new <3). Also, they were really good about contacting me when the computer was ready. I couldn't answer the phone, so they texted me right away 🙂 Wish my doctor's office would take notes lol

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Rick at Steve's Computer Repair! I use my laptop for work so when the screen cracked I was freaking out. Within in just two days it was fixed. The screen looks as good as new, and I couldn't be happier with the turnaround time. Highly recommend for any computer issues!

I decided to check out this business because of its reviews, and was not disappointed! I took my tower in and I pretty much got it back a week after taking it in even though it was in line after a few others. Rick was my tech, he was very knowledgeable, professional,and explained what had happened to my computer and was able to repair the problem pretty quickly. Definitely coming back here should anything else happen or if I need any work done on my tower again

Well people ran into Steve's Computer repair . Was referred to by phone repairs shop came in spoke with Mr John wonder intelligent and pleasant individual 😀 with plenty knowledge on a used laptop I just bought discussed a few things and he helped school me on IT and we both came to a wonderful conclusion.. so in saying this I'd truly recommend this place prices were fair 👌 and mostly there it svs is 💯 I trust this smaller owned business with all my IT needs plz 🙏 believe when I say money and know how for me is truly important for sure ...so come by and trust this process thank you sir John...
