I have been a customer of Steve's Computer Repair for a couple of years. Their expertise is unmatched. Their customer service is top rate and their completion time and price is excellent. My Dell Inspiron 7000 2-in-1 was having some issues with the fans spinning at high rates anytime I would charge my laptop as well as the mouse disappearing, having to redownload an audio driver every time windows was updated, and even freezing/not turning on. I didn't want to buy a new laptop at all so I took it here and Steve's Computer Repair was able to diagnose the issue (NVMe failing), backup all my data, wipe and reboot windows, and download my data back onto my laptop. They also gave me a military discount and a laptop case/fridge magnets and mouse pads which I very appreciative of and thought was neat. I highly recommend taking your computer here!!!
I brought my pc in for an intermittent issue where the PC would not boot but would power on, they took a look at it and thought it was the cpu cooler (which I wanted to upgrade anyway) they replaced it and updated drivers and did a benchmark on it, but when I got home I had the same issue. I brought it back and they immediately took a look at it while I was there and found it was the RGB causing the issue. They fixed it and showed me it booting up twice while I was there, I got home and it seems to be working as it should. Vince, Jonathan and Rick did great work and had great customer service. I will be bringing any future pc issues to them. 100% recommend.
