I took my water damaged Macbook Pro to Steve and besides a slight delay in replacement parts, I quickly had a perfectly working Macbook Pro again. Just after I got my Macbook Pro back, I had an issue with my brand new PC build. I spent 2 months getting frustrated trying to troubleshoot and solve the issue on my own. I took it in to Steve's. He recommended a new processor, and within a week, I had my new PC build running with 0 issues! Quick and thorough PC and Mac servicing as well as awesome customer service. alright so I brought my PC in for a check up because I couldn't find out why I couldnt play games functionally and Steve solved it in no time, he showed me a corroded part of my graphics card and he was a nice guy throughout the entire interaction. Discovered Steve by accident at his, then, smaller shop when my laptop took a fall back in 2017. After several attempts of contacting different computer repair shops, Steve was the only one that seemed to be available. He was very courteous and informative about his work and made sure everything was fixed as well as how I wanted it. He gave me detailed updates and it was fixed within days. Fast forward to 2020, long story short, I now have 2 laptops, both with new SSDs with Windows 10, fixed by Steve and his tech, Rolando. These laptops aren't new, but sure work like new and are a much better choice than buying brand new laptops. Saves me money! He's my go-to computer guy and I'm glad his shop has expanded. Oh! I contacted Steve with a hard drive problem on a Friday afternoon. He was the only one who said he would look at my laptop late Friday afternoon. After running some tests, he diagnosed a failed hard drive. He replaced the drive and reloaded Windows 10 and I picked up my computer on Tuesday afternoon. Great service. Reasonable price. Takes a personal interest in me as a customer. I highly recommend him.

Steve and his staff are amazing. I had a USB flash drive that broke and I was desperate to get the data off it. They were able to help me. I also had an old external hard drive from desktop that was damaged and needed the data from that too. Again, they worked a miracle and were able to get the data I needed. This was going to a few other computer repair places in town and was told in both cases the data was lost and unrecoverable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We took in my son's laptop because it would not fold close. Every time he tried to fold it close it would crack like it was about to break in two. And of course, the warranty had just expired. It stunk but my son needed it quickly. I had seen Steve's PC repair shop sign several times so I stopped in and talked to Steve. He was amazing. He took care of the repair within 24 hours and my son was a happy customer.
