  2. Once we find what needs a repair or upgrade, we’ll call you and explain what we found.
  3. Once you approve of the repair/upgrade, we’ll begin to repair your slow computer and upgrade its parts to be faster than before.
  4. Then we will call you to let you know that your computer is finished and ready for pickup.
  5. Once you arrive to our shop, we’ll show you the results of your repair just before you take it with you. That’s it! Your slow computer has been fixed.

I took my desktop pc in to have some upgrades, I did this on the recommendation ofa friend who had used their services earlier. John called me to let me know that it was ready we discussed more upgrades he called me back about an hour later with costs. He called when the parts came in and when the pc was ready. The continuous updates where greatly appreciated the work that was done met and exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the business.

Upgraded my Ryzen 3 CPU to a brand new Ryzen 5. After upgrading I no longer got any signal from my monitor and couldn’t figure out why. Took it Steve’s and mentioned to them it might be a BIO’s issue, after consulting with my friends who are more knowledgeable thinking that is the problem. Waited 2 weeks for them to tell me my brand new CPU is the problem. Price was too high so I decided against having them replace it. Brought it home, installed my old CPU, updated my BIO’s, reinstalled the brand new one I got, and my monitor now gets signal. All within an hour. I informed them this might be the problem however they didn’t bother checking. 2 weeks without my PC. Only getting 2 stars due to customer service, otherwise would be a 1 star. $92 wasted. Edit: Raising my review to 5 stars due to Steve personally reaching out to apologize and giving me a refund on their diagnostic testing. Wasn’t expecting to get it back nor am I one to insist I get one due to poor service, so this action was greatly appreciated. Actions speak louder than words which is what Steve did, and I can see and respect his effort to deliver only the best. Hopefully this incident is something they learn from to test everything before jumping to conclusions.

This is a long overdue review. This shop is the friendliest and most helpful pc shop I’ve ever been to. They didn’t try to get me to buy things I didn’t need for my pc or try to sell me stuff higher priced. They were honest and helped me save cash in the process. All I went in there was to upgrade my SSD and transfer files. They did it in a day and didn’t even charge me when I asked them to clear bloatware off my computer. This will be the only shop I go to when I build my next pc or need any pc repairs.

I brought my pc in for an intermittent issue where the PC would not boot but would power on, they took a look at it and thought it was the cpu cooler (which I wanted to upgrade anyway) they replaced it and updated drivers and did a benchmark on it, but when I got home I had the same issue. I brought it back and they immediately took a look at it while I was there and found it was the RGB causing the issue. They fixed it and showed me it booting up twice while I was there, I got home and it seems to be working as it should. Vince, Jonathan and Rick did great work and had great customer service. I will be bringing any future pc issues to them. 100% recommend.
