  3. Once you approve of the repair/upgrade, we’ll begin to repair your slow computer and upgrade its parts to be faster than before.
  4. Then we will call you to let you know that your computer is finished and ready for pickup.

Even experienced Techs get stumped once in a while. Dont let the other comments fool you, not eveyrone bringing their stuff to STEVES is a novice. I was stumped trying to fix My PC although Im no longer in the business i had not been doing this for a while. I brought in my problem to STEVES and just talking Troubleshot a solution. I even borrowed a small part, and it worked like a charm.. The STORE is fun to look at for an old geek like me. Everyone seemed to be real nice. I also liked looking at the prices for the rebuilds they had done at put up for sale. This is the place to find your NEXT PC,,,,, They build quality and power. Youre not getting this attention to detail or this quality in computers from Best Buy or any of the big box stores. I will definitly be shopping their for my next Build, or full machine! I will be back, Im ALREADY looking to upgrade!
