At Steve’s Computer Repair, we’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue GPU and graphics card repair services. While we’d love to help with every computer issue, we’ve found that graphics card repairs come with significant quality control challenges that don’t meet our standards for customer service.
Finding qualified technicians for this specialized work has become increasingly difficult, and repair turnaround times often stretch into months—far too long when you need your system running. Additionally, the warranty periods on GPU repairs tend to be quite short, which doesn’t provide you with the peace of mind you deserve. Rather than offer a service we can’t stand behind, we’d prefer to be upfront with you.
