Build Your Own Secure, Private AI: LLM Workstations
Steve’s Computers is here for all your LLM and AI workstation builds. Trusted for 17+ years in San Antonio, Texas.
AI tools like ChatGPT are amazing, but there’s a catch: every question you type, every document you upload, and every customer record you paste goes to someone else’s servers. For law firms, medical offices, accountants, engineers, and any business with sensitive data, that’s a real problem.
The solution? Run your own Large Language Model (LLM) on your own hardware. Your data never leaves your building. And we’re building these systems right here in San Antonio using NVIDIA’s most powerful workstation GPU ever made: the RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell.
What Is a "Secure LLM," and Why Would You Want One?
- Keep sensitive data in-house – client files, patient info, financials, and trade secrets stay on your network.
- Work offline – no internet required once your models are installed.
- Skip the monthly subscriptions – no per-user fees or usage caps.
- Customize your AI – connect it to your own documents so it answers questions about your business.
- Stay in control – you decide who has access, what gets logged, and what gets deleted.
Tested Before It Leaves Our Shop
AI workloads push hardware harder than almost anything else. That’s why we offer a 24-hour stress test on our custom builds. We run the system at full load for a full day to catch problems on our bench, not on your desk. Our custom builds are also backed by a 1-year build warranty.
