Fantastic shop! I was assisted and helped in a quicker manner than the other shop I had went to the year before. I paid this shop about the same amount as the other commercialized computer shops but instead of it taking two months to get my computer back I had gotten it in two weeks. They also kept me updated along the process and educated me so I had a more realistic approach and expectation. Other shops do not seem to keep track of their customers as closely and I personally love supporting family owned businesses. They are very personable. In a large city like San Antonio, it is nice to have the small town feel again with a business that cares for their customers like these two have!
